Služby půjčovny jsou velice solidní, lidé ochotní a vstřícní. Veškeré dotazy a nejasností vysvětlí, pomohou s výběrem lodi, vybavení i trasy. Pro děti jsme dostali vodácké medaile a připínací odznáčky, což bylo super.
